About the Role
· Install home remodeling products according to MaxHome standards and procedures
· Apply finish work as needed for every application
· Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
· Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
· Install/replace customers windows with brand new replacement windows
Key Qualifications
· 3 years experience with the following:
· Residential Insert, Retro Fit, or Pocket Window Removal/Installation
· Window Wrapping and Metal Bending Knowledge
· Must Have an Established LLC or Business
· Must Have General Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation
· Great communication and customer service skills
