Seeking Professional ROOFING SUBCONTRACTORS.
1. Subcontractor must have an LLC in good standing or some other form of legal business entity.
2. Subcontractor must have Contractors General liability and workers comp. If you don't have insurance it's possible you and your crew could work under our insurance.
3. Subcontractor must have all necessary tools and equipment.
4. Must have a minimum of a 6 to 7 man crew.
5. Subcontractor must be knowledgeable of all local, International, and Fortified, Roofing Building Codes.
6. Subcontractor must be knowledgeable of OSHA standards and practices for job safety.
7. Pay is determined by the type of project and paid by the square/job.
