The Cage Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of banking, money distribution, and cash flow functions in the Cage, to include the Vault and Count functions. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Naskila Gamings internal controls and policies & procedures.
Manages employees in the Cage and Count areas, including, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; hiring and training Team Members. Promotes positive guest relations including addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements:
o High School Diploma or GED.
o Minimum five (5) years Cage Manager experience in a gaming environment.
o Knowledge of applicable gaming regulations, AML and other federal reporting requirements.
Preferred:
o Degree in finance, business, or related field highly recommended.
