Glass Services in Shreveport, LA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Glass Services is a full-service glass company providing auto, residential and commercial glass repair and replacement. Through our 3 stores located in northwest Louisiana, we provide services at our shops and in the field. Our employees make a difference and we're looking for someone who can consistently wow every customer by exceeding their expectations and providing outstanding service, efficiently complete administrative duties, and work in cooperation with others to achieve common goals. Must be organized and be able to multi-task.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person, over the phone and through email
Process orders in a fast-paced environment, direct calls to the appropriate departments, order parts and materials, and provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products
Clearly communicate with internal and external customers on the phone, through email, and face-to-face
Work with other departments to meet customer's needs
Other duties as assigned including data entry and routine computer operations
Requirements:
1-3+ years of customer service and administrative experience
Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast paced working environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
Above average computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use multi-line phones, fax machine, copier, scanner
