POSITION DETAILS
This position provides administrative assistance functions to the Program Director as related to overall program operations.
Performs general administrative support activities such as answer multi-line phone system, maintain files, purchasing supplies, faxing and making copies.
Ability to maintain a calendar and/or schedule, make appointments, arrange the meeting room and materials.
Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
Communicate effectively with all staff, including management as well as outside agencies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
HIgh school diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 1 year clerical experience, preferrably in a medical office setting.
Must be proficient in MIcrosoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
