Job Title: Construction Quality Control ManagerJob DescriptionThe Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program. This role involves executing performance according to contract requirements and ensuring the highest standards of quality control are maintained throughout the project.Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.

Execute quality control performance according to contract requirements.

Manage and oversee the quality control processes on construction projects.

Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Conduct inspections and audits to verify quality control measures are being followed.

Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation and reports.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality control issues.

Essential Skills

Five or more years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.

Two years of experience specifically as a QC Manager.

A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.

Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training can be provided).

Proficiency in quality control management software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Specialty inspection training and licenses/certifications are highly desired.

RMS/QCS training is preferred (training is available).

Work EnvironmentThis position is based on the project site, where the Construction Quality Control Manager will be actively involved in overseeing quality control processes.
