Holiday Inn downtown Shreveport is seeking candidate for Executive Housekeeper position
Duties of Executive Housekeeper include, but not limited to: 2 years executive housekeeping
Over-seeing all activities of the housekeeping department.
Cleaning & inspecting rooms and Lobby Area.
Assigning duties to staff, reviewing their work, scheduling the staff.
Hiring and firing of staff.
Controlling and overseeing labor costs.
Maintaining required guest satisfaction score.
Over-seeing all housekeeping tasks are completed thoroughly.
Ensuring rooms status are correctly input in Front Desk operations system.
Able to clearly communicate with Front Desk Clerks as well as housekeeping staff.
Reliable Transportation.
Able to work independently without direct monitoring from management.
Must have zero tolerance for poor work ethics.
Should be able to agree to background check.
