The Sous Chef position is the second in command in the kitchen to Chef de Cuisine Allison Patterson and requires approximately 45-50 hours a week. Duties include: implementing high standards of quality in a BUSY scratch-made restaurant kitchen including actively participating in and overseeing all food production, respecting FRANK'S recipes & procedures including proper portion control, proper inventory/ordering technique, effectively managing the kitchen/dish staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, creating frequently changing specials with the Chef de Cuisine, working with the front of the house team and most of all, having a good attitude! We will discuss salary and benefits during the interview.
