Twisted Root Burger Company is a flip-flop and baseball cap burger joint where locals know the only thing we take seriously is our food! We are locally owned and operated and we take immense pride in our "run down your arms" good burgers. We never want to feel like a chain so we encourage employees to have a style and personality of their own as long as they do it with a smile. We are looking for employees that will take pride in their work, be on time, have fun and treat our customers like friends.
Do you qualify?
o Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
o Working knowledge of kitchen operations to include cooking techniques
o Culinary Skills to match experience required for position
o Demonstrated basic knife skills
o Knowledge of basic sanitation principles
o Knowledge of food products
o Properly utilize appropriate cooking utensils and equipment
o Ability to follow recipes ensuring a consistent product
o Good organizational skills
o Able to lift pots and pans, food products up to 50 lbs. or more
o Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 5 hours period)
o Excellent human relations skills, good people skills (team player)
o Excellent communication skills
o Must be 18 years of age or older
