The Boat Shop is looking for a confident, driven individual to join our team as the Parts Clerk/ Office Asst
Job Duties for this position, includes:
- Look up & order parts accurately
- Receive parts
- Receive deliveries
- Retrieve parts
- Keep office & stock parts organized
- Manage parts & boat inventory
- Update customer estimates & invoices
- Data entry for parts received
- Intake boats for service
- Greet customers - in-person & on the phone
The right individual for this position will be a quick learner, be able to switch tasks quickly and easily, work independently, excellent customer service, friendly, positive attitude, and able to lift 25+ pounds. Previous Marine Industry, Quickbooks, and BIT Software experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual!
