Boxer Property has an opening for Office Building Maintenance . This role is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and customer service. We will train and mentor the chosen applicant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs to building systems and equipment.
Maintain vacant suites .
Completed all service requests in a timely manner.
Ensure that all safety standards are maintained per company policy.
Maintain inventory as needed for cost effective operations.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skill Sets:
General mechanical ability in any one of the following skills
Painting
Minor electrical repairs
Minor plumbing repairs
HVAC experience a plus
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Must be able to work independently with little direction
Must have basic computer skills (email, CMMS, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in general maintenance or painting, or pluming assistant, electrical helper,
construction, HVAC helper
Must be able to speak, read and write English
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
