Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission is seeking qualified Male candidates to be a part of our help desk ministry team. Candidates must have a personal relationship with Christ and have a desire to serve the hungry, homeless, abused and addicted. Candidates must exhibit a Christ-like attitude and must be able to serve as a witness as needed. Qualified candidates must possess verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented, be self-motivated and must be able to multi-task. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals. This position functions primarily to meet the needs of our homeless guests in our Life Recovery Program including but not limited to maintaining accurate records, answer all incoming calls, and other duties as assigned. Candidates report directly to the Shelter Manager. We are taking applications for Full and Part Time Weekend Shift (Sat and Sun) rotating shift (16 hrs a week).
