We are currently seeking a Property Manager for a mobile home park located in Shreveport, LA. Candidates must be detail oriented and highly self-motivated. A commitment to customer service is critical. Interviews will be held on 6/17 - 6/19 for qualified candidates.

Property Manager will be responsible for the following which will include but not be limited to:
-Enforce property policies.
-Respond to complaints and resolve issues.
-Manage the overall appearance and maintenance of the property to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all residents.
- Fill vacancies.
- Read the utility meters and document the usage monthly.
- Prepare and deliver monthly invoices.
- Work with tenants to collect late rent payments and handle evictions as necessary.
- Oversees maintenance & contractors.
