Wildlife Specialist with Sales Focus
Qualifications:
1. Communicate well oral & written; ¦. Appearance; good presence
2. Winsome, Likeable, Able to Build Trust
3. Organized
4. Sales experience preferred but not required
5. Must have basic construction knowledge to be able to quote jobs; (basic understanding of home construction needed) handyman types are ideal
6. Comfortable working outdoors
7. Reliable truck-type vehicle
8. Physically must be able to climb ladders, able to inspect attics, and able to inspect basements
9. Loyal, enthusiastic, hard-worker who wants to make a six-figure income
10. Self-motivated
Duties (5 Most Critical Tasks):
1. Prepare for & organize your day; be punctual at all appointments
2. Make thorough inspections following company standards; look for additional opportunities
3. Create an Inspection Report & Estimate, and communicate it effectively to the customer
4. Follow our sales process and close opportunities
5. Maintain personal time sheet and good notes in the company CRM
Measurements of Success:
1. Meet monthly minimum sales quota
2. Positive customer feedback
3. Estimate jobs properly & profitably

However, this position requires that you communicate well, both written and oral. And you must present yourself well to homeowners. You must be a people person and the kind of person people like and trust quickly.
Great candidates will have a basic understanding of home construction. Handyman types are ideal! Must be comfortable inspecting homes (inside and out) and have reliable truck-type transportation.
We are looking for self-motivated, loyal, enthusiastic team members who want to make a good income and be on board long term. Appointments are set for you no cold calling required.
Duties include:
