Position Summary:An exempt management position responsible for managing the daily operations of One Call, Referrals, and providing operational support including standardizing operational processes. It also includes supervising employees, and coordinating efforts between providers, administration, and the medical office.Position Responsibilities: Oversees the daily operation of assigned medical practices. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating staff. Supports and upholds established policies, procedures, and practice objectives. Implements, coordinates, and delegates quality improvement projects. Oversees and coordinates efforts with the practice offices and the central billing office with regards to billing and reimbursement. Ensures risk management policies and protocols are followed. Ensures that a reporting system is in place for statistical analysis. Keeps the lines of communications open between the physicians and other providers, practice administrator, and hospital administration. Ensures compliance of physician and provider credentialing, hospital appointments, renewal of professional licensures. Establish and monitor the annual budget. Assists in physician recruitment process. Coordinates educational opportunities for providers and staff. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANAGER, Position Description Number D241000 and is part of the ME 101st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located at an Air National Guard aviation wing. Its purpose is to serve as the Aircraft Maintenance Manager for the Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, with responsibility for directing and managing the Squadron. It partners with the Group Commander, as well as the other Commanders and organizations in the Wing in planning, scheduling, and implementing a flying program following Operational Risk Management (ORM) concepts. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and functional area requirements. Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Plans work for accomplishment by subordinate units, sets and adjusts short-term and long-term priorities to include at a minimum; unit inspection cycles, deployment cycles and depot inputs.
