At Hollywood Casino Bangor we think you’ll enjoy an exciting industry, fast-paced days and nights, diverse, enthusiastic co-workers, unlimited growth and support from one of the leaders in the industry.An individual could be successful if they possess the following.Your daily responsibilities includeESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare schedule for revenue auditor assignments to ensure sufficient coverage to meet daily and monthly deadlines.Assist with daily audits and assume revenue auditor assignments if there are absences.Accountable for understanding all audit procedures and training all revenue auditors.Provides timely and accurate reports upon request.Prepare and review POR for accuracy and thoroughness and meet deadlines for submission.Abides by all company, MGCB and departmental policies and procedures.Responsible for creating and correctly linking all audit spread sheets and DOR.Completes special projects as assigned.Maintain Audit procedures manual: make recommendations on efficiencies to procedures.Reviews and processes exceptions.Verifies Self Exclusions flagged correctly.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervisory responsibility over Audit process and Audit activity. Responsibilities include assisting Director of Finance with interviewing and hiring employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing concerns; and resolving problems.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANAGER, Position Description Number D241000 and is part of the ME 101st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located at an Air National Guard aviation wing. Its purpose is to serve as the Aircraft Maintenance Manager for the Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, with responsibility for directing and managing the Squadron. It partners with the Group Commander, as well as the other Commanders and organizations in the Wing in planning, scheduling, and implementing a flying program following Operational Risk Management (ORM) concepts. The supervised workforce may fluctuate daily to meet mission requirements. The workforce may include: Title 32 Military Technicians, Traditional Guard members, Active Guard/Reserve (AGR), Title 5 NG Employees, state employees, other civilian, military duty personnel. This is an Air National Guard Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible unit and military skill assignment, and classification. MAJOR DUTIES: 1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and functional area requirements. Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Plans work for accomplishment by subordinate units, sets and adjusts short-term and long-term priorities to include at a minimum; unit inspection cycles, deployment cycles and depot inputs.
