Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
Length: 6+ months (possible conversion to full time)
Pay: 25.00 / HR
Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P
Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:
Calendaring
Expenses - approving expenses and processing
Booking travel (once COVID has lifted)
Small special assignments - updating org chart in Microsoft VISIO, coordinating a town hall, etc.
Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job:
Executive assistant experience (5 to 7)
Financial institution experience
Serving multiple executives - handling competing priorities
Bachelor's degree preferred
