Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Order Picker jobs in the Gardiner area. These Order Picker jobs start on a temporary bases but can lead into permanent opportunities!ABOUT THE JOB: These Order Picker jobs require candidates to be highly motivated, safety conscious and dedicated to providing excellent customer service by accurately fulfilling customer orders! These Order Pickers are responsible for picking and packing items that customers have ordered in totes or boxes to be delivered the following day. For immediate consideration, apply today! RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Using the appropriate equipment, ensure safe and efficient movement while tracking inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
Maintain movement, accuracy, and efficiency of product.
Always maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system discipline.
Communicate any pre-trip check issues, safety incidents, and injuries immediately to a member of management.
Maintain a high attention to detail regarding housekeeping by ensuring proper attention is given to all areas, including, but not limited to, balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Computer knowledge with basic familiarity of warehouse database systems
Requires one to have excellent attendance and to meet productivity standards to ensure customer orders are prepped for delivery in a timely manner.
Commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to continuously walk, stand, bend, and lift consistently up to 50lbs.
PAY / SCHEDULE:
The pay rate for Order Picker jobs starts at $13.00 and can be up to $15.50/hr. We have 2 nd shift available and you even have the flexibility to make this a part-time job as well! So long you work the entire shift, we can make the schedule work for you!
