Job Title:Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor works under the direction of the Warehouse Coordinator to maintain efficient warehouse operations. The Supervisor is a key person on the warehouse floor who helps to guide the team in our production work area, by coaching, training and teaching. The Supervisor is also responsible for providing outstanding customer service to both our internal and external customers. The Warehouse Supervisor creates a positive environment and works with many motivated individuals.

Starting Hourly Rate:

$14.00

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Essential duties include the following:

  • Ensures a "best-in-class" customer and employee experience
  • Successfully performs supervisory functions that pertain to daily warehouse activities
  • Establishes and understands production goals and monitors goal progress
  • Oversees the training and safety of teammates
  • Assists with performance management and hiring new employees
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of warehouse or production supervision experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated working knowledge with various material-handling machinery and vehicles
  • Demonstrated ability to provide supervision and instruction to a diverse workforce
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Criminal background check that meets Agency standards
