The Accounts Payable Support Associate is responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable Specialist in processing accounts payable transactions in an accurate and timely manner, utilizing the financial software and document management software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upload documents into the document system
2. Match AP Invoices to Purchase Order receipts
3. AP data entry
4. Assist AP Specialist with various administrative duties
Education, Experience and Skills
1. High School diploma required with 1-2 years business experience
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Treeno a plus
3. Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required) with Excel experience
4. Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented and thorough in processing transactions
5. Must have good communication skills, be able to understand, speak, write in English
6. Must have strong organizational skills
