Requirements:
1. Positive attitude and respectful work eithic;
2. Professional, pleasant and effective communicating skills ;
3. Stress resistance;
4. Organization and self-discipline;
5. Active in business and goal oriented;
6. Familiarity with PC applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
7. College diploma is a plus;
8. Real estate knowledge (sale â rent) is welcome.
9. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
10. Punctual
Some Duties:
- Represent our company on the US market
- Manage and execute property sales contracts
- Management of financial operations and processes
- Appropriate reporting and communicating with parent company
- Registration of appropriate paperwork
- Following up with the property contracts
- Remote Position
