Bayside American Cafe is hiring for line & prep cooks and dishwashers
Bayside is looking for additions to our team! We are a fast paced, full time brunch restaurant.
The mornings are early and productive, and the evenings are yours!
We try to push the boundaries of fast casual brunch with new and exciting specials, consistent
recipes, and a team of diverse kitchen personalities. We learn something new about our operation
every time we hire a new person, and we look forward to meeting with you!

Line & Prep cook qualifications:
Basic knife skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to multitask and self-organize
One year of previous professional kitchen experience in dishwashing, prep, or line cook
positions
Dishwasher:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to navigate stairs, sometimes carrying weight
Ability to move through an active kitchen to empty sinks
Our dishwasher is downstairs. The ceiling height is five feet & ten inches
Ability to fulfill scheduled shifts. The kitchen cant run smoothly without a stellar
dishperson!
