Big Tree Foods, the commissary kitchen for Portland's Eventide Oyster Co, The Honey Paw, Hugo's, and Eventide Fenway of Boston, located in the historic Pepperell Mill Campus in Biddeford just outside of Portland, is hiring seasonal full and part time lobster shuckers, seasonal full and part time prep cooks and seasonal full time dishwasher.

These positions are seasonal and benefits outside of a great place to work are limited to hourly pay, a seasonal completion bonus based on eligibility and the Big Tree Hospitality company discount.
-Lobster shuckers: No experience is required for this position and compensation is $12/hour.
Full time or part time opportunities - scheduling flexibility is appreciated, but all shifts are daytime.
-Prep cooks: Experience is preferred, but not required.

-Dishwasher: Prior experience as a dishwasher a plus, but not required.
