Corporate Chefs, an Elior owned company (www.elior-na.com) is accepting resumes for a Chef Manager opening for a new account we are acquiring in Bar Harbor, Maine! This position has an excellent schedule M-F with limited nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking, has strong knowledge of high production cooking as well as catering experience/execution.

Minimum Requirements for the Chef:
Demonstrated institutional, hotel, or restaurant culinary skills to include large quantity production
Must have 2-3 years of culinary management experience
Strong leadership
P&L knowledge/understanding
