PER DIEM, SEASONAL EVENTS STAFF
Rising Tide Brewing Company is looking for individuals to fill a per-diem position for the breweryâs event space. Applicants should be passionate about providing quality service and maintaining a positive work environment. Interest in craft beer is a plus! Event staff will be responsible for any combination of event set up, breakdown and clean up, bartending, busing tables, and assisting both the event host and event coordinator as necessary.
This position involves:
⢠Working independently and as a part of our team.
⢠Providing a friendly, welcoming and approachable venue for visitors.
⢠Following layouts to set up tables, chairs, linens and AV/PA equipment.
⢠Pouring beer, wine, cider and recording sales/processing payment.
⢠Restocking, dish washing, and cleaning event spaces and restrooms.
⢠Maintaining and cleaning draft lines and equipment.
⢠Furthering your beer education through guided and self-directed methods. ⢠Using Slack, Gather and Google calendar for team communication.
⢠Completing checklists and following standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
⢠Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, nights and weekends. ⢠Flexibility for last minute availability.
⢠Open to fluctuating hours.
⢠Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
⢠Must have basic computer skills.
⢠Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
Relevant experience within the hospitality, beverage or service industry is a plus. Competitive compensation offered.
