We're searching for an executive chef to take the reigns at The Diamond's Edge restaurant on Great Diamonds Island just outside of Portland. The restaurant is seasonal, however, the employment will be year-round with the Executive Chef covering an Executive Sous Chefs position at their sister establishment in the offseason.
This is a busy restaurant, with lots of weddings and catering events throughout the season. Parking and ferry transport is paid for.
The salary on offer is $55-65k per year. In the summer season, and expect to be working 60(ish) hours a week in peak season, which will go back to 40 hours in the off-season. Health benefits are also offered.
