Looking to hire a creative, and well-mannered Executive Chef for our new restaurant opening in Portland the second week of March. We do NOT want an abusive chef who swears a lot.

We will be bringing the chef on immediately to help with menu design, costings, and staff hiring (you will be in charge of hiring the "dream team" in the kitchen).

Ideally, you will have a bistro/fine-dining styled background in cooking.

We take very good care of our employees! In our last restaurant, our staff stayed with us for years.

We're offering a base salary of $68,000, plus a 5% share of the restaurant. A health insurance package will also be offered, fully paid for by us.

All we ask in return is you're hardworking and want to commit to building something special! You will be working approximately 50-60 hours per week in the busy season, and back to 40 in the shoulder months. We plan on closing for Jan & Feb, but ALL STAFF will still be paid during those months.
