LINE COOK POSITION - seeking a creative, hard-working, and motivated individual to join the team. We give our line cooks the opportunity to create dishes using the best ingredients that Maine has to offer, sourcing from a multitude of local farms. To be eligible for this position you must have 3+ years’ experience and your own knives. This is a full time, year round position, with two consecutive days off each week. This is an afternoon/evening position.
PREP COOK POSITION - Experience is a plus. We will always consider individuals, with any level of experience, who desire an opportunity to learn, grow, and maintain an attention to details.
This is a great opportunity to expose yourself to a wide breadth of knowledge including, charcuterie, whole animal butchery and utilization, savory pastry, fruit and vegetable preservation. This is a morning/afternoon position.
