Experienced Line cooks wanted ASAP. Open mid June through Columbus Day in October. 16 weeks of fun on a fast line. Must be clean, serve safe certified, basic knowledge of prep, filling work stations and keeping them clean. Great communication skills and the love of cooking and being creative. Must be able to take instruction from Chef and make dishes to specifications in a timely manner. Pride in his or her work is appreciated. On site Housing is included with this job.
