Ventuno, an acclaimed Italian restaurant, is hiring an experienced pastry chef. Duties include working dinner service, as well as overseeing the production of bread, pasta, and pastries for three restaurants. You will have ample opportunity for creativity and menu development.

Our family of restaurants is located on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts, 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod. It's beautiful, and the entire coastline is made up of sandy beaches. It was rated one of the best islands in the world by National Geographic.

We make everything from scratch, and we use the island's bounty to source as much of our food as possible. We have our own small farm, where you can work with ingredients from seed to plate.

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual with a drive to make beautiful, seasonally inspired desserts.

We offer competitive wages based on experience. Bonuses are granted contingent on performance.

Housing is available. Start dates are to begin the last week of March or early May. Opportunity for year round employment is a possibility.
