Scratch Baking Co.'s Bread Kitchen (dedicated bagel & bread production facility) is looking for an experienced and hard-working individual who is passionate about bagels and bread. This is a full time position that requires shaping, boiling and baking our bagels as well as a few morning breads including baguette and our sea salt snackers.
The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic and be comfortable executing a variety of tasks throughout the shift as well as a curiosity and commitment to ongoing bread/bagel education.
The Bread & Bagel Kitchen is a fast paced collaborative environment. Good communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a sense of humor are key.
Hours are Wednesday - Sunday 3 a.m. until 10:30-11:00 a.m.
