Come work at Birchwoods at Canco, the premier assisted living facility in the Portland area. We're located off of Canco Road and Washington Avenue.
-The Sous Chef is responsible for preparing breakfast and lunch for our 85-90 residents and following our standard cleaning procedures. Breakfast includes eggs any style and other dishes like French Toast and muffins and pancakes which change on a daily basis.
-At lunch we serve a weekly variety of chicken, pork, steak, seafood and pasta dishes, as well as a daily starch and vegetable. We also make fresh bread every day and a variety of from-scratch desserts.
-Two years of batch cooking experience preferred.
-The hours are 6AM-2:30PM Tuesday through Saturday. If interested please contact Chef Tim. Thanks for your interest.
