Facility Cleanliness and Food Safety Standards
Product Knowledge
Station Performance and Maintenance
Knife Skills
Executing the Chef’s vision through Culinary Menu / Recipe Development
Ordering / Purchasing / Inventory
Candidate has:
1 year Sous Chef experience
Emotional Self Awareness under pressure
Effective Time Management to execute administrative duties
Passion for motivating, educating, and empowering the team
The willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in whenever necessary
An appreciation for the people you work with
Excellent communication skills
A desire for growth in our team
