We're hiring on behalf of one of our clients. They are looking for a sous chef to join their small, but dynamic team. This is a unique little restaurant, serving American bistro styled cuisine. The menu changes quarterly and creativity is amplified for monthly wine dinners.
The position is full time, and year-round.
The rate is $20.00 per hour, with a 45-hour work week (5 hours of overtime - possibly more in the summer season), but you will remain hourly, so no more working 60-hours and getting stuck on a salary! The company also offers great benefits such as health and dental insurance, and PTO.
You will be required to complete a stage with the head chef upon passing an interview. For those who have Sous experience this would be a collaborative position alongside the Chef. For those coming from a line cook background this would be an opportunity to train under the Chef and take on more responsibility as knowledge and experience is gained.
The restaurants location is in Exeter, NH and is available immediately.
