Stage Neck Inn is looking for dedicated and reliable Line Cooks to be part of our team. You'll perform all duties throughout the kitchen in service of our customers including prepping, cooking, putting away orders, etc. Join for great benefits and a friendly team.
Must have knowledge and experience to run all kitchen equipment i.e. stoves, ovens, slicers, fryolators, mixers, blenders, and stick blenders properly and safely.
Good / safe knife skills
Must understand and practice proper sanitary procedures.
Responsible for setting up and prepping station in a capacity to execute daily service.
Must be able to receive and put away orders i.e. produce, fish, meats and dried goods that are delivered to the establishment.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining your immediate work area as well as the kitchen.
Looking for anyone who is passionate about food with a willingness to learn as well as create a great working atmosphere. This individual must have a positive attitude and also have the determination to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Customer is king and we really stick to that philosophy.
Position is entry level.
Compensation: $15/hr. or more based on experience 24-30+/- hour weeks.
AM & PM shifts available.
