The Independent Ice Co. and Rigby Yard are now hiring for the late summer and fall season. Applicants should provide a resume with references and have reliable transportation and a working phone. We are looking for experienced hospitality workers, but we are willing to train.
Positions:
Host/Hostess: This is a critical position -time and we pay accordingly. Full or Part-time. Pay: $14/hr plus tip-out.
Servers. We are hiring waitstaff for both The Independent Ice Co and Rigby Yard. Experience preferred, but we will train the right applicant(s). You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service excellence. Night and weekend day shifts available. Pay: hourly plus tips.
Barback/Prep. This job includes light food prep, dishwashing, barbacking and occasional food running. Pay: $14/hr plus tip out.
Line/Prep Cooks. The Independent Ice Co and Rigby Yard are looking for full-time or part-time experienced line cooks. We are also interviewing for day-time prep cooks. Pay: $16 to $20/hr dependent on experience.
Working Kitchen Manager. Rigby Yard is seeking a working kitchen manager. Responsibilities will include training and supervising staff, implementing and managing food menu, quality control, inventory management and ordering as well as working 3-5 shifts per week. Pay: Salary or $22-$30/hr depending on experience.
Day Custodian. We are seeking a part or full-time day custodian to handle light cleaning, repairs and maintenance, set-up and other pre-opening tasks. Full or part-time. Pay: $15/hr.
