We are looking for a compassionate caregiver for the care of my mother, a 60 year old quadriplegic, (due to an accident in May 2012). This is a 6 week position from August 5-September 15. The job would be 4-5 days a week, from 10 am - 3:30 pm (some flexibility there depending on what is best for you). $70/day. We live in Port Clyde.
During this time caregiver is responsible for stretching, bed bath, catheter care, dressing, transfer to wheelchair, administering medications, feeding lunch and some light housework/organizing of living space. Ideally the helper would already have some PSS/caregiving experience, but we can train the right person if necessary.
