Looking for 2 full time Direct Care Staff to work at our Gorham ME Location
Provides training, assistance and supervision to NeuroRestorative participants in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential & community settings. Assists with medical supervision. Facilitates working relationships between community employers and NeuroRestorative participants.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience:
Six months to one year of experience in the human services industry preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Valid Driver's License from state of residence
Other Skills and Abilities:
Compassion: Must have an innate sense of wanting to help others who have suffered tragic circumstances in their lives
Initiative - Must be a self starting individual who works well with other
employees to be effective at facilitating active treatment for NeuroRestorative participants.
Team Orientation - Able to effectively work effectively in a team
environment, and foster team attitudes in other employees.
Critical Decision Making - Must be able to make good decisions
related to the care and supervision of NeuroRestorative
