Southern Acres is a Residential Care Facility located in Westfield Maine. We are looking for compassionate health care workers to work as Aides and Med Aides.
Job Description
Must be comfortable assisting elderly residents with daily living activities
Some responsibilities would include:
Answering patient calls and determining how best to help them.
Providing physical support for residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising, assist in serving meals.
Must have a positive attitude and a desire to provide compassionate care
A good work Ethic
No experience Required- but health care skills would be a plus
Education High School Diploma or GED
Back ground checks will be performed
Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
