I am looking for a painter with some maintenance experience for several apartment complexes. Family owned business for 28 years that has an opening coming available this month.
Responsibilities and expectations for this position include:
-Painting
-Light repairs
-General apartment turnover tasks
-Honesty & Reliability
-Communication
-Workmenship Pride & Accountability
-Positive tenant interaction
This is a long term position and depending on level of skill and output there will be more opportunity.
The job comes with tools and a van so please have a clean driving record.
