Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Installer will be responsible for various tasks related to building and finishing projects, ensuring that all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
Will train in all aspects of countertop installation. Will train in aspects of countertop fabrication.

Job Responsibilities:
Fabrication and polishing of granite, quartz, and stone countertops
On-site installation at residential and commercial locations
Measuring, handling, and preparing stone materials
Safe operation of shop tools and machinery
Loading and unloading stone slabs and finished products
Maintaining a clean and organized shop and job sites
Working as part of a team to meet schedules and quality standards
Qualifications:
No experience required – training provided
Experience in stone fabrication, construction, or installation is a plus
Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license preferred
Pay & Benefits:
$22/hour starting pay – no experience required
Higher pay for experienced fabricators/installers based on ability
$2/hour increase after 90 days of positive performance
