Auto collision repair shop that is locally-owned, long-established and has a great reputation seeks a solid applicant to join the team. Looking for someone with an awesome attitude and willing to work hard. Job includes receiving parts, matching parts to purchase orders, coordinating parts to techs/jobs, and returning parts as needed. Applicant would also be responsible for pre-washing cars before repairs and cleaning cars after repairs. Disinfecting touch points in the vehicles and the shop are current duties related to COVID. In the shop and yard, applicant would be doing typical light janitorial duties, including sweeping, occasional shoveling. At times applicant would need to assist with transport to and pick up of vehicles to mechanic shop and dealerships.
Job is very dynamic - interact with different people throughout the day and every day has varied tasks.
SKILLS: ability to multi-task, read and understand basic paperwork
BODY MECHANICS: sit/stand/bend/twist and lift approximately 50 lbs.
OTHER: Valid driver's license.
