We are a new California law firm hiring out-of-state attorneys to provide limited remote legal services in the nature of reviewing a client's file and providing a written opinion to the firm in exchange for a flat rate of $50.00 per file - that's it!
Hours are very flexible, as in, just complete the work in a professionally timely manner because you won't have any actual office hours with the firm. This is a part-time opportunity that is great for supplementing your income!
Our practice mainly focuses on homeowners seeking legal counsel regarding financial issues, and qualified attorney candidates must be familiar with the MARS Rule as well as must have experience practicing in the loan modification industry.
