Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Pourer is responsible for operation of pouring machines, ensuring that fill levels are correct, production goals are met, and pour results are recorded.
Set and monitor pouring machines to pour at proper levels.
Ensure conveyor system is running properly before/during each pour.
Adjust electronic eye as needed.
Turn necessary fans on as needed.
Turn compressor on when needed.
Monitor pouring levels and adjust as accordingly.
Perform basic cleaning of machine, including changing screens.
Keep accurate records of all pours.
Meet all daily goals and schedule as set by the Supervisor.
Assist mixer in shadowing, blowing out machine & setting up for next pour.
Follow safe work place procedures and ensure coworkers safety.
Other job – related tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Education, Experience and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in Manufacturing preferred
Reliable and Dependable – ATTENDANCE IS CRITICAL.
Good basic math skills.
Good verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Flexibility in work schedules and work duties.
