Position Title: Production Assistant

At Flowfold, Maine Made is synonymous with quality. We have always been proud of our Maine-based roots, and of our dedication to making our products here in our home state. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, our devotion to the community here only strengthened. We searched for a way to help those fighting the virus on the front lines, knowing we would be able to help slow the spread of COVID-19 by manufacturing the necessary PPE. Months after our initial pivot, we continue to produce high quantities of PPE for hospitals, businesses, and individuals.
We are looking for qualified and committed individuals to join our team as Production Assistants. Production Assistants are crucial to all aspects of our everyday operations. As a Production Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of our products from Assembly to Shipping. Responsibility, Flexibility, and Multitasking are the skills needed to keep our Production Team running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities
-Face Shield Assembly
-Bar Tack Machine Operation
-Cutting Table Operation & Assistance
-Packaging, Fulfillment & Shipping
-General Cleaning and Sanitation of Work Area
-Ability to lift 10 lbs regularly. Preferred not required
-Ability to lift 20-40 lbs occasionally. Preferred not required
A good attitude and a willingness to learn are our only requirements. Experience with machines is not necessary.

Position Details
-Position Type: FT or PT, Hourly.
-Wages: $15/hr plus healthcare coverage for FT employees
