Cozy Harbor Seafood, a leader in the seafood industry is currently seeking a full-time Production Administrative Assistant who is bilingual in Spanish with ability to read, write in Spanish. Duties include but are not limited to: production record control and production documentation coordination between departments; maintaining multiple databases; generating daily reports; recording of daily processing logs; daily review of electronic employee time cards; generation of purchase orders; research/ordering of packaging, supplies, and maintenance parts. This position will help with training and communication with employees, provide support for Human Resources issues that may arise such as preparing hiring packets for new hires, supporting supervisors and mangers with translations to employees. Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager. This position will also be required to perform other miscellaneous duties at multi facilities as assigned by the manager to support the business needs.

Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent math and analytical skills essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including: Word, Excel and Outlook)
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, active work environment
Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks
Creates purchase orders
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:30PM, and occasional weekends
