Seeking professional apartment manager with extensive experience in leasing, property management, State of Maine collection and tenancy laws, digital marketing of rental properties and other apartment management operations. Candidate would have self starter capabilities, flexible work hours to manage lease inquiries, ability to set up and manage office structure and oversee day to day maintenance and management. Asset owner is out of state and candidate will report remotely weekly and report to asset manager out of state. Approximately 80 units of housing to be managed in the Brunswick Area in two complexes . Compensation will be based on experience with insurance and bonus based on performance. Job opening would be on or about May 15.
