We are hiring to fill several Bilingual (English & French) Positions.
Opportunity #1 is in Sales - Agent will be taking inbound sales from media outlets. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and be fluent in both English and French (French needs to be as spoken in France).
Opportunity #2 is entry level Tech Support - Agent will be taking calls from Radisson employees to do password resets and various other entry level tech support tasks. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and be fluent in both English and French (French needs to be as spoken in France). For this opportunity a background in entry level support would be beneficial.
