iCST is looking to hire a successful sales representative in the New England region. The office is located in South Portland, ME, but 95% of the role is outside on the road so relocating is not necessary for New England candidates. Working from home is an option, provided there are weekly visits with the team at the home office in South Portland, Maine. Â

The primary focus of the Business Development Manager is to identify and qualify prospective leads to develop new business partnerships with client companies. iCST is an award-winning US owned and operated IT Staffing and Software Testing company that focuses primarily on providing highly-qualified IT professionals for temporary and direct hire opportunities. We have been providing national and local companies with high-quality professionals for nineteen years. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and qualify sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Consult clients by evaluating their specific staffing needs and requirements. Present proposals to better improve employee screening, productivity programs and overall employee efficiency. Develop new business accounts by arranging meetings with key decision makers. Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts. Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients.

Required Skills & Experience •Ability to perform a high-volume of cold-calls to potential clients.•The ability to identify prospective customers' needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients. •Highly motivated and able to drive results that are beneficial to our clients and our company.•Knowledge of IT and/or Software industries is strongly preferred but not required if candidate understands full spectrum of sales cycle and is coachable.• 1+ years of experience selling staffing solutions (or in an area with transferable skills) with a proven record of growth, customer satisfaction, and success.
