We are a boutique, specialized, technology executive search firm founded in 2005. We are looking for a smart, motivated, recent computer science graduate (or someone with equivalent technology experience) to join our firm to do core research. In effect, this means computer research on LinkedIn and other sites looking for individuals with certain technical skill sets, job history characteristics, etc. that we would provide. You should have naturally strong interpersonal skills.
The role needs to be executed from your own location on your own laptop or desktop. We will review with you what the work product needs to look like, what your activity goals will be etc. Self-discipline, proactivity and focus are all important. From a career perspective, if you are successful and enjoy the work, it will lead to broadening your responsibilities, giving you a larger and larger role not just searching for, but interacting with candidates, and then ultimately, full life-cycle recruiting.
We will interview you in downtown Portland, Maine. The research position pays $20/hour without benefits, other than reimbursement for your home internet connection and cell phone bill.
